NATIVE LAND COURT.

Notice of Time and Place for Investigating Claim.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claim, on behalf of the person whose name is mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the block of land, of which the name and locality is mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Kahiti o Niu Tireni, will be investigated at Cambridge, Waikato, on the 20th November next, and following days.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei kia mohiotia ai, ko te take a nga tangata no ratou nga ingoa e mau nei i te rarangi tuatahi i raro nei, ki nga pihi whenua e mau nei i te rarangi tuarua, ka whakawakia a te 20 o nga ra o Nowema, 1867, e te Kooti whakawa whenua Maori ki Kemureti (Cambridge), Waikato.

Ko nga tangata katoa e whai tikanga ana mo aua whenua me haere ki reira ka oti te whakawa, ka puta te Karauna Karaati ki te hunga i kitea tona tika i te Kooti: heoi ano he tino whakaotinga tena; e kore rawa o tika kia peke mai tetahi tangata ki muri.
