P. James & Son,” both of Auckland, Publicans; William Good, of Auckland, Mail Carrier; John Weber, of Auckland, Carter; William Vince, of Waterview, near Auckland, Farmer; John Copland, of Auckland, Merchant; Charles Sanders, of Parnell, Grocer.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Petitioners are, on or before the Twenty-fourth day of September inst., to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday, the Twenty-fifth day of September inst., at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the petitions of the above-named petitioners; for the discharge of such of the above-named petitioners as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.
