William Avery, of Auckland, plasterer;
George McCaul, of Auckland, solicitor;
George Naylor, of Wangarei, near Auckland, publican;
James Dunning, of Auckland, grocer;
John Anderson, of Waiwera, near Auckland, farmer;
George Dunnett, of Auckland, cattle salesman;
John Russell, of Auckland, boarding house keeper;
Charles Featherstone Mitchell and William Henry John Seffern, both of Auckland, printers, co-partners, trading under the style of Mitchell and Seffern; and the said William Henry John Seffern, being also in co-partnership with James Heron and Robert Kidd, both of Auckland, carrying on business at Auckland as newspaper proprietors and printers, under the style or firm of Heron, Kidd, and Seffern, but which said firm is now out of business;
Thomas Lindsay Macky and Ranulph Dacre, of Auckland, co-partners, trading under the style of Thomas Macky and Company, merchants;
William McKechney, of New Plymouth, Province of Taranaki, auctioneer;
Clarence Hooper, of Auckland, surgeon;
and Thomas Brown, of Opotiki, in the Province of Auckland, farmer.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Petitioners are, on or before the sixth day of August next, to come in and prove their debts at the Court House Eden-street, Auckland; and notice is further given that a Sitting of the Court will be held at the Court House aforesaid on Wednesday, the seventh day of August next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Petitioners; for the discharge of such of the above-named Petitioners as the Court shall think entitled to the same; and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Acts.
