WHEREAS by an Order in Council, made on the 27th day of April, ult., it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under the authority of the “Native Lands Act, 1865,” that the claim of Kingi Hori Kira, and Riwhi Hongi, to a piece of land called Paihia, situated at Mahinepua, near Whangaroa, in the Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 7th of March last, should be re-heard before the Judge and Assessors of the Court therein mentioned, or any two of them, and that such re-hearing shall take place before the 31st day of August next. Now I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Waipuua, Whangaroa, on the 23rd of July next, for the re-hearing of the aforesaid claim.
