Native Land Court Office,

Auckland, May 17th, 1867.

WHEREAS by an order in Council made on the 5th day of April last, it was ordered by His Excellency the Governor in Council, under the authority of the Native Lands Act, 1865, that the claim of Rawiri Te Whare and others to a piece of land called Otarihau, situate at Orira, in the District of Hokianga, Province of Auckland, heard and determined by the Native Land Court of New Zealand, on the 1st of November, 1866, should be reheard before the Judge and two of the Assessors of the Court therein mentioned, and that such rehearing shall take place before the 1st day of July next. Now, I hereby give notice that a sitting of the Native Land Court will be held at Ohaeawai, Hokianga, on the 20th of June next, for the rehearing of the aforesaid claim.

Na, he Panuitanga tenei ki a mohio ai, ka noho te Kooti Whakawa Whenua Maori ki Onoke, Hokianga, a te 20 o nga ra o Hune, 1867, ki te whakawa hou i taua pihi whenua.
