PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.

In the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862; the Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act, 1865; and the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866; and of the Petition of Philip Kingcome Watty and Robert William Greenwood, both of New Plymouth, in the province of Taranaki, Merchants and Auctioneers, trading together as Partners in such business, in New Plymouth, as aforesaid, under the names, style, or firms of Watty and Company and Yeoms and Company, Debtors.

Upon Tuesday, the fourteenth day of May, in the year of our Lord 1867,

UPON reading the Petition of the above-named Philip Kingcome Watty and Robert William Greenwood, and their affidavit to the said Petition annexed, and upon hearing Mr. Weston, as of Counsel for the said Philip Kingcome Watty and Robert William Greenwood, the Court doth order that the Petition of the said Philip Kingcome Watty and Robert William Greenwood be heard on Wednesday, the seventh day of August next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Supreme Court-house, in Eden-street, in the City of Auckland; and the Court doth further order that the Estates of the said Philip Kingcome Watty and Robert William Greenwood be sequestrated into the hands of William Elton, of the town of New Plymouth, in the province of Taranaki, Accountant, and held by him until the seventh day of August next; and the Court doth declare that this order shall be a vesting order.
