I HEREBY notify, for general information, that pursuant to the authority vested in the Superintendent by the “Provincial Government Act,” Session I, No. 7, I have appointed

William Rowe, Esq., M.P.C.,
and
John Anderson Gilfillan, Esq., M.P.C.,
to be Members of the Executive Council of the Province of Auckland.

By John Williamson, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by virtue of the 8th section of “The Protection of Certain Animals Act Amendment Act, 1866,” I hereby appoint the following persons (in addition to those already notified) to be Rangers under the said Act:

Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this sixth day of May, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven.
