Superintendent’s Office,

Auckland, April 5, 1867.

THE following extracts from a letter addressed to the Superintendent by the Hon. Secretary of the New Zealand Exhibition are published for general information.

SIR,—I have the honour to acquaint you that by the mail boat of the 14th inst., I shall have the pleasure of transmitting to you four (4) silver and six (6) bronze Medals for persons resident in the Province of Auckland, and which the Commissioners will be obliged by your Honors distributing.
