land Settlements Act, 1866, in the Province of Auckland, I, Frederick Whitaker, do hereby notify, that the lands specified in the Schedule hereunder written will be put up for sale by auction, as town and suburban land, in accordance with the said regulations, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, at noon on Thursday, the 14th day of March, 1867.
