IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NORTHERN DISTRICT.

IN the estates of James Fenton
late of Maungatawhiri Creek
near Auckland settler; Chas.
Kitche late of Auckland boat-
man; David Rayner late of
Auckland engineer; and
Robert Isherwood late a pas-
senger by the ship Aliquis
from London to Auckland.

PURSUANT to the rule of this honor-
able Court, the Creditors of the
abovenamed Intestates are on or before the
4th day of April next to come in and prove
their debts before Laughlin O’Brien Esq.,
Registrar of the said Court, at his office, in
the Court House, Eden-street, Auckland, or
in default thereof they will be peremptorily
excluded from all benefits arising from the
said estates.

Time and Place for the selection of Land,
under Land Orders “Bay of Islands Settlement Act, 1858.”

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 16th February, 1866.

NOTICE is hereby given that His Excel-
lency the Governor has fixed the 18th
instant as the time, and Kawa Kawa as the
place for the selection of Land under Land
Orders, issued under the “Bay of Islands
Settlement Act, 1858.”
