PROCLAMATION.

Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act made and passed in the thirtieth year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled, "The Marine Act, 1866," it is among other things enacted for the prevention of doubts and disputes as to the Limits of any wharf, quay, pier, or dock, that it should be lawful for the Superintendent by Proclamation for that purpose, published in the Gazette of the Province, to define the limits and boundaries for the purpose of this Act, of any wharf, pier, or dock, within such Province.
Now therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do proclaim and declare that for the purposes of the "Marine Board Act, 1866," the limits and boundaries of the Eastern or Queen-street Wharf at Onehunga, shall be as follows:—
The Eastern or Queen Street Wharf is bounded on the South, on the West, and on the East by the waters of Manukau Harbour, and on the North by the Auckland Road. And that the limits of the Western Wharf shall be as follows:—
The Western Wharf is bounded on the South, on the East, and on the West, by the waters of Manukau Harbour, and on the North by a Government Road, on the Western Point of the Onehunga Basin.

In pursuance of the authority vested in me by the "Marine Act, 1866," I have made the following rules and regulations, and I hereby give notice that the same will come into operation at the expiration of 10 days after a copy thereof shall have been published in the Provincial Government Gazette.
