PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, October 26th, 1866.

I HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the Annual Meeting of the Electors of the Waipu District, has, in accordance with the provisions of the “Highways Act, 1862,” presented to me, in writing, the names of the undermentioned gentlemen, elected Highway Trustees for the District :-

FINLYSON RODERICK
FRASER JOHN
MCKAY SENR. RODERICK
SUTHERLAND HUGH
SUTHERLAND JAMES
HUGH CARLETON.

For the Superintendent.


NOTICE.

INSTRUMENTS affecting Land which the Crown has undertaken to grant will in future be received for Registration if required, although the Crown grant may not have issued.

Evidence of the right of the maker of any such Instrument to the land in question will be required :--(For example—a certificate of complete Military Service, and of the selection of the land affected.)


The necessary Register entries in these as in ordinary cases will be made at the risk of the person presenting any such Instrument.
