PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By FREDERICK WHITAKER Esq.,
Superintendent of the Province
of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers
vested in the Superintendent in that
behalf, I hereby notify for public information,
that all those pieces or parcels of land
enumerated in the Schedule hereunder
written, will be offered for sale by public
auction, at the Waste Lands Office, at
Auckland, on the Blest day of December, One
thousand Eight hundred and Sixty-Six, as Town
and Suburban Land at the hour of Twelve
noon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland,
this 17th day of October in the
Year of our Lord One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-six.
