PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the Lake District, North Shore, under the "Highways Act, 1862," are to send in their claims to George Boutflower Davy, on or before the 6th day of November next, and that such claims must be in the statutory form which can be obtained on application to Mr. Davy.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above named Debtors, are on or before the thirtieth day of October instant to come in and prove their Debts at the Court House Eden-street Auckland, and Notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be held at the Court House aforesaid, on Wednesday the thirty-first day of October instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon for the hearing of the Petitions of the above named Debtors, for the discharge of such of the above named Debtors, as the Court shall think entitled to the name; and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
