NOTICE is hereby given, that at the sitting of this Court to be held at the Office of the Native Land Court, Princes Street, Auckland, on the 26th of November next, will be heard the claims of Erina Takaaniini, Wirihana Takaaniini, and Ihaka Takaaniini, to succeed to the land at Papakura, in the Province of Auckland, granted by the Crown to the late Ihaka Takaaniini Te Tihi, deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Compensation Court advertised to be holden at Opotiki on the first day of October next, to determine the claims of persons to compensation on account of the taking of the Bay of Plenty District, is postponed until further notice.
