Number and description of stock upon the Run (to commence with) 40 head of great cattle.

Number and description of stock upon the Run (to commence with) 200 sheep.

In the matter of William Dale, late of Auckland, Mariner, Thomas Barge, late of Wangamarino, Settler, Thomas Luck, late of Auckland, Miller, Thomas Houghton, late of Onehunga, near Auckland, Police Constable, Francis William Prittie, late of Epsom, near Auckland, settler, and Francis Rutley, a passenger by the ship Liverpool, from London to Auckland.

PURSUANT to the rule of this Honourable Court, the Creditors of the above named Intestates are, on or before the fifteenth day of October next, to come in and prove their debts, before Laughlin O’Brien, Esq., Registrar of the said Court, at his Office, in the Court House, Eden Street, Auckland, or, in default thereof, they will be peremptorily excluded from all benefit arising from the said estates.

GREETING:

WHEREAS an action is now pending in our Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District, Province of Auckland, between John Williamson of Auckland aforesaid, Gentleman, Plaintiff, and the Royal Insurance Company, of Liverpool, in that part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland called England, Defendants, and in order that the Plaintiff may proceed to the said action—We command you that you and each of you do retain and keep all and singular lands and hereditaments, monies, and chattels, bills, bonds, and other property whatsoever in the custody or under the control of you or either of you at the time of the service of this writ, belonging to the abovenamed Defendant, or to or in which such Defendant shall at that time be legally entitled, or otherwise beneficially interested, and whether solely or jointly with any other person or persons, and all debts of every kind then due by you or either of you to such Defendant, although the same or part thereof may be payable only at a future day.
