I HEREBY Notify, for general information, that I have appointed,

Samuel Bradley

to be keeper of the public Slaughter House, at Panmure, known as Waiters’ Slaughter House.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Charles Heaphy, Esq., Deputy Waste Lands Commissioner for the Province of Auckland.

WHEREAS the persons hereunder mentioned (being Lessees of the lands set opposite to their respective names, such lands being selected by them as Credit Land under the “Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858,”) having failed to fulfil the conditions prescribed by law in regard to such lands, Notice is hereby given, that the right and interest of the said Lessees in such lands have become forfeited.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this 11th day of July, 1866.
