By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Super-
intendent of the Province of
Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the 14th
clause of the "Auckland Waste Lands
Act, 1858," I hereby notify that I have set
apart ten allotments in the Village of Pahi,
as sites for places of worship, and I hereby
invite the representatives of the several
religious bodies, recognised as having officiating
ministers within the provisions of the
"Marriage Act," who may be resident within the
Province of Auckland, and who may wish
to obtain sites for places of worship, to make
to the Deputy Waste Lands Commissioner,
on or before Wednesday, the 17th day of May
next, written application for one of the said
allotments.

Given under my hand, at Auckland,
in the said Province, this thirteenth day of April, One thousand
eight hundred and sixty-five.
