PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land, enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on the eleventh day of May, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five, as General Country Land, at the hour of twelve o’clock noon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this thirteenth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-five.
