IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862.
In the matter of Petitions of Henry Charles Cosier, William Taylor, and Robert Cart, all of Auckland, Aerated Water and Liquor Manufacturers; John Johnson, of Newcastle, on the Waikato River, Licensed Victualler; William James Marsden, of Auckland, General Agent; Sophia Paris James, and Louis Rose James, both of Auckland and Mangapai, Merchants and Hotel-keepers, carrying on business under the style or firm of S. P. James and Son; Colin McDonald, of Kyber Pass Road, near Auckland, Settler; and George Gallagher, of the North Shore, near Auckland, Publican.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are on or before the fourth day of May next, to come in and prove their debts at the Court-house, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be held at the Court-house aforesaid, on Friday, the fifth day of May next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this twentieth day of April, 1865.

N.B.—The proof of debts in all cases, in the first instance, will be by affidavit.
