In the matter of the Petitions of William James Marsden, of Auckland, general agent; Henry Harris, of the Whau Road, carter; Frederick William Ruck, of Parnell, captain in the Waikato Militia; John Taylor, of Auckland, mason; George Blackburn, of Auckland, plasterer; Charles Stratford Dennis, of Auckland, settler; Francis Frederick Gilberd, of Parnell, carpenter; Stephen Darby, of Auckland, settler; William Stephenson, of Auckland, builder; George Samuel Graham, of Auckland, merchant; Frederick Mosheim, of Papakura, farmer; Charles Burton of Papatotoi, brick and tile-maker; John Rigg, of Auckland, auctioneer.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are on or before the 15th day of September next, to come and prove their debts at the Court-House, Auckland, and notice is further given that a Sitting of the Court will be held at the Court-House aforesaid on Saturday the sixteenth day of September next, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the petitions of the above-named Debtors; for the discharge of such of the above-named Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same, and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this thirtieth day of August, 1865.
