IN the matter of the Petitions of George Ridings, of Auckland, wine merchant; William Stephenson, of Auckland, builder; Henry Charles Cosier, William Taylor and Robert Carr, of Auckland, aerated water and liqueur manufacturers; John Pickering Dagnall, of Auckland, settler; James Syvret, of Papatoitoi, carpenter; George Dalrymple, of Auckland, settler; William Sydney Smith, of Auckland, settler, and John Varty, of Auckland, stationer.
WITH reference to the notice of this day’s date from this Office, publishing the names of persons to whom Depasturing Licenses have been issued within the several Hundreds of Auckland, Onehunga, Panmure, and Howick, for the year 1865.
I hereby call Meetings to be held, in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinance No. 1, Sess. 10, and No. 2, Sess. 11, at the places and times specified below, of such holders of Depasturing Licenses, for the purpose of electing from among themselves, three Wardens within the said Hundreds respectively.
For the Hundred of Auckland
At Newmarket, on Monday, February 13th instant, at 11 o’clock, a.m.
For the Hundred of Onehunga
At the Court House, Onehunga, on Monday, February 13th instant, at 2 o’clock, a.m.
For the Hundred of Panmure
At the “Panmure Inn,” Panmure, on Tuesday, February, 14th instant, at noon.
Notice is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are on or before the sixteenth day of February instant, to come in and prove their debts at the Court-house, Auckland; and notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court-house aforesaid, on Friday the seventeenth day of February instant, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this first day of February, 1865.
