NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are, on or before the twenty-eighth day of July instant, to come and prove their debts at the Court-House, Auckland; and Notice is further given that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court-House aforesaid on Tuesday, the first day of August next, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors; for the discharge of such of the above-named Debtors as the Court shall think entitled to the same; and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act. Dated this twelfth day of July, 1865.
