PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 15th May, 1865.

I hereby notify that the Chairman of the Annual Meeting of the Electors of the District of Wangarie has, in accordance with the provisions of the “Highway Act, 1862,” presented to me in writing the names of the undermentioned gentlemen elected Highway Trustees for the District:—

William Bedlington,
George Burnett,
James Caruth,
Henry C. Holman,
Lewis A. Meldrum,
Robert Graham,
Superintendent.

HEREBY notify for public information that the undermentioned Allotments in the Maioro Block, West Waiuku, will be offered for Sale by Public Auction at Mr. Samuel Cochrane’s Auction Rooms, Auckland, at 12 o’clock on Saturday, the 17th day of June, 1865.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the District of Waitakera South, under the “Highways Act, 1862,” are to send in their claims to Hugh Morrow, Esq., on or before the 1st day of August next, and that such claims must be in the statutory form which can be obtained on application to Mr. Morrow.
