PROCLAMATION.
By Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act of the Superintendent and Provincial Council of the Province, intituled “An Act to Abate the Nuisance caused by Dogs,” it is amongst other things enacted that the said Act shall come into operation from time to time in such districts as shall be proclaimed by the Superintendent in the Auckland Provincial Gazette, to come within the operation of the said Act:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority in me vested in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that on and after the First day of April now next ensuing, the several districts comprising the villages of Otahuhu, Panmure, and Howick, as the same are respectively defined for the purpose of the electoral district of the Pensioner Settlements, shall come and be within the operation of the said recited Act.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this Tenth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

PROCLAMATION.
By Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by the “Vaccination Act, 1863,” of the General Assembly of New Zealand, it is enacted that the Superintendent of each Province in New Zealand shall divide such Province, or such part of the Province as he shall think fit, into convenient Districts for affording increased facilities for Vaccination:
Now therefore I, Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby declare the following Districts to be Districts in the Province of Auckland for the purposes of the said Act.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this eleventh day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty four.

District of Auckland.
This District shall comprise the Electoral Districts of the City of Auckland West, City of Auckland East, Parnell, and Newton respectively.
District of Franklin.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of Franklin, together with the Villages of Howick and Panmure, as defined for the Electoral District of the Pensioner Settlements.
District of Raglan.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of Raglan, together with the Village of Otahuhu, as defined for the Electoral District of the Pensioner Settlements.
District of Onehunga.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of the Town of Onehunga.
District of the Northern Division.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of the Northern Division.
District of Marsden.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of Marsden.
District of the Bay of Islands.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands.
Mangonui.
This District shall comprise the Electoral District of Mangonui.
