PROCLAMATION.
By Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act made and passed in the twenty-first year of the reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled the "Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858," it is among other things enacted that it should be lawful for the Superintendent, by Proclamation, to declare that a certain block of land therein described should be set apart and reserved for certain Immigrants expected to arrive from the United Kingdom or elsewhere, other than the Australian Colonies.
Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that all that block of Land, being the north-western portion of the Komokoriki Block, bounded on the north and west by boundary line of said block, east by the Ahuroa Parish, and on the south by the Makarau Parish, estimated to contain 6000 acres, shall be reserved and set apart for certain Immigrants expected to arrive from the United Kingdom.
Given under my hand at Auckland, this second day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

In pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, I, Robert Graham, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, appoint Mr. Thomas Spencer, Ensign Auckland Militia,
to be an Inspector of Diseased Cattle, and to perform the duties required by the "Diseased Cattle Act, 1861," and by the Regulations issued and proclaimed in pursuance thereof.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale at Twelve o’clock Noon, at the Waste Lands Office at Auckland, on the 28th day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, as General Country Land.
Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this twenty-ninth day of February, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.
