NOTIFICATION.

THE Superintendent will meet the Provincial Council, at the Council Chambers, Assembly Buildings, at three o’clock p.m. on Wednesday next, 5th instant, for the purpose of opening the Seventeenth Session.

IN accordance with the 28th Clause of the Crown Lands Ordinance, No. 1, Session 10, I hereby notify, for the information of persons holding Depasturing Licences within the Hundred of Auckland, that a meeting will be held at the Royal George Hotel, Newmarket, on the eighth day of October instant, at eleven o’clock a.m., for the purpose of electing from among themselves a Warden for the said Hundred, vice Mr. A. Mears resigned.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that all persons claiming a right to vote at the election of a Board of Trustees for the district of Pukekohe under the Highways Act, 1862, are to send in their claims to Charles Mellson, Esq., Resident Magistrate, Drury, before the 1st day of November next, and that such claims must be in the form following:—

To Charles Mellson, Esquire, R.M. (the person appointed by the Superintendent to receive claims.)

I hereby give notice that I claim to have my name enrolled as a voter for the election of the Highway Trustees for the District of Pukekohe, as Landowner, Lessee, or Mortgagee in possession, as the case may be; and that the particulars of my place of abode and qualification are as follows:—

Christian Name and Surname of Claimant, at full length. Place of abode. Nature of Qualification. Number of Allotments, and Section, and Name of Occupying Tenant (if any) and situation of Property. Leaseholder (or freeholder, Allotment —, of Section —, or both, or mortgagee in possession, as the case may be.) Dated the — day of — in the year 1864. (Signed.)
