PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the 14th clause of the “Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858,” I hereby notify that I have set apart ten allotments in the Village of Weymouth, as sites for places of worship, and I hereby invite the Representatives of the several religious bodies recognised as having officiating Ministers within the provisions of the “Marriage Act,” who may be resident within the Province of Auckland, and who may wish to obtain sites for places of worship, to make to the Waste Lands Commissioner, on or before Monday, the 1st day of August next, written application for one of the said allotments.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this seventh day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-four.

to act as an Emigration Agent for the Province of Auckland, in issuing Land Orders to Persons about to Emigrate from Great Britain in connexion with the Lincoln Special Settlement.
