I HEREBY notify that I have appointed
HENRY GRÖVER, Esq.,
to act as Deputy for the Waste Land Commissioner in the District of Mongonui, for
the sale of that portion of Butler’s Island
known as Special Settlement Land.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esq., Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers
vested in the Superintendent in that
behalf, I hereby notify for public information,
that all those pieces or parcels of
land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder
written, will be offered for sale at the Waste
Lands Office, Auckland, on the Fourth day
of July, one thousand eight hundred and
sixty-four, as General Country Land.

Given under my hand at Auckland,
in the said Province, this seventh
day of June, one thousand eight
hundred and sixty-four.
