PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf by the “City and Harbour Endowments Act, 1858,” I hereby notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will, on Monday, the ninth day of May, 1864, at 12 o’clock, at Mr. Samuel Cochrane’s Auction Mart, Fort Street, Auckland, be offered for Lease by Public Auction under the said “City and Harbour Endowments Act, 1858.”
