NOTICE TO INTENDING SETTLERS.
His Excellency the Governor directs it to be notified, for general information, that the under-mentioned blocks of Land are open for selection under the Land Regulations of the 1st May, 1854:
- Wairarapa—Pahaoa, Tinui, and Whareama Blocks.
- Hawke's Bay—Waipukurau, Takapau, and Pourere Blocks.

NOTICE TO INTENDING EMIGRANTS.
The New Zealand Company hereby give notice that they will receive applications from persons desirous of proceeding to New Zealand as Emigrants, up to the 31st day of March, 1856. The number of Emigrants required is limited, and intending applicants are therefore requested to send in their applications without delay.
Forms of application may be obtained on application at the Company's Offices, 9, Adelphi Terrace, London; at the Company's Offices in New Zealand; or from any of the Company's Agents.
