In the matter of the Petition of FREDERICK WILLIAM FLETCHER, of Mongonui, settler; PETER CORSTON, of Auckland, draper; GEORGE FORRESTER, of Auckland, trader; GEORGE BURGESS, of Remuera, carpenter; JOSEPH CHARLES MOORE, of Onehunga, storekeeper; EDMOND HYNES, of Auckland, Debtors.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are, on or before the eleventh day of April next, to come in and prove their Debts, at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland.

And Notice is further given, that a sitting of the Court will be holden at the Court House, aforesaid, on Tuesday, the twelfth day of April next, at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the despatch of all business accruing under the said Act.
