NOTICE is hereby given that all persons
claiming a right to vote at the election
of a Board of Trustees for the District of
Wareora, under the “Highways Act, 1862,”
are to send in their claims to John Stewart Rust,
Esquire, Wangarei, on or before the 15th day of
February next, and that such claims must be
in the form following:—
Form of Claim.
Number and Section or Name of allotment, Number of Acres.
and portion of same enrolled as a roadway, lease, or monies,
occupying tenant or mortgagee, as the case may be.
I, [Name of Claimant], do solemnly and sincerely declare that I am seized
or possessed (or otherwise interested) in the land and qualification
stated above.
