of the "Marriage Act" who may be resident within the Province of Auckland, and who may wish to obtain Sites for Places of Wor- ship, to make to the Waste Land Commis- sioner on or before Thursday the 12th day of March next, written application for one of the said allotments.
Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this 27th day of February, One thou- sand eight hundred and sixty-three.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in me in that behalf, by "The Sheep Act, 1858," of the Local Legislature of the Province of Auckland, I, Robert Graham, Esquire, Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby appoint and consti- tute all that portion of the said Province which is situate within a radius of thirty miles from the Supreme Court House at Auckland, in the said Province, to be a dis- trict for the purposes of the said Act, under the name of "The Auckland Sheep Dis- trict."
