PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto written will be offered for sale at the Waste Lands Office at Auckland on the 9th day of March, 1863, as Special Settlement Lands.
Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this eighteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
