PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 11th Dec., 1863.

HEREBY NOTIFY for general information, that by virtue of the authority vested in the Superintendent by the "Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858," I have appointed

Duncan McKenzie, Esq., M.P.C.,
to be an Emigration Agent for the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of Nova Scotia.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I HEREBY NOTIFY for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale at the Waste Lands Office at Auckland on the 11th day of January, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-four, as General Country Land.

Given under my hand at Auckland in the said Province, this eleventh day of December, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
