PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the power vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale, at the Ferry House, Puhoi Heads, on the sixteenth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, as Special Settlement Land, at the hour of twelve noon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this seventh day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.
