PROCLAMATION.
By ROBERT GRAHAM, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
WHEREAS by an Act made and passed in the 21st year of the Reign of Her Majesty Queen Victoria, intituled "The Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858," it is among other things enacted that it should be lawful for the Superintendent, by Proclamation, to declare that a certain block of land therein described should be set apart and reserved for certain Immigrants expected to arrive from the United Kingdom or elsewhere, other than the Australian Colonies.
Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that all those blocks of land on the Western side of the Manukau Harbour, in the County of Eden, known as the Ramaroa, Whareroa, and Opoia purchases, and containing about 4011 acres, as the same is delineated on the plan in the Land Office, Auckland, shall be reserved and set apart for certain Immigrants expected to arrive.
Given under my hand at Auckland, the twelfth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 12th September, 1863.
I HEREBY notify for general Information, that a Memorial, signed by a majority in number of all persons having such interest in the North Tamaki District as is required by the “Highways Act, 1862,” praying that the operation of the said Act may be extended to the said District, has been received by me :
And I do hereby declare that the “Highways Act, 1862,” shall henceforth be in full operation within the said North Tamaki District.
