PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland 28th August, 1863.
I HEREBY notify for general information,
that I have appointed
Mr. William Edmund Sadler,
to be Collector of Tolls at the Newmarket and
Remuera Toll Gates, also that tolls will be
charged at these gates on and after Wednesday,
the 2nd September next.

NOTICE.
THE following Standing Order of the Pro-
vincial Council of the Province of
Auckland, adopted last Session, is published
for general information:—
"No Petition in respect of any Private
Grievance shall be presented after twelve
sitting days from the commencement of
the Session."

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
The "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."
NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of
the Court for the despatch of all busi-
ness accruing under the provisions of the said
Act will be holden at the Court House, Queen-
street, Auckland, on Saturday, the twelfth day
of September next, at 11 o’clock in the fore-
noon.

sand eight hundred and sixty-three.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.
The "Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862."
In the matter of William Parker of Auckland,
a Debtor.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors
of the above named debtor are, on or
before the eleventh day of September next, to
come in and prove their debts at the Court
House, Queen-street, Auckland, and notice is
further given that a sitting of the Court will be
holden at the Court house aforesaid on Satur-
day, the twelfth day of September next, at
eleven o’clock in the forenoon for the hearing
of the Petition filed in the above matter and
for the despatch of all business accruing under
the provisions of the said Act.

1863.

N.B.—The proof of debts must in all cases
in the first instance, be by Affidavit.
