Superintendent,
by proclamation in the Government Gazette, to fix such place or places within the limits of the Province and such times for holding the first and every other Session of the Provincial Council as he may think fit.

Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority in me vested in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that the fifteenth session of the Provincial Council shall be held at Auckland, and shall commence on Friday, the twenty-fifth day of September next; and the Members of the said Council are hereby warned to give their attendance at the said time and place accordingly.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twentieth day of August, in the year of our Lord, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

WAITANGI OR OKOKAKO BLOCK,
241 ACRES.

BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at Waimate along Te Toko stream to a Survey line bearing 286° 30' 958 links, which it follows to the Rahoeka stream, thence down that stream to Kauaewiri, thence along a Survey line bearing 318° 0' 135 links, 227° 15' 158 links, 217° 0' 240 links, and a stream to the Waitangi River, which it follows down to the point of commencement.

HIKUWAI BLOCK,
875A. 1R. 32P.

BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at the waterfall on the bank of the Kirikiri River; from thence in a westerly direction along the boundary line of...

MANGINANGINA BLOCK,
7,224 ACRES.

BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at Manginangina and following a survey line bearing 58° 0' 14000 links to Horomarama; thence following the survey lines to Pukohu; thence by lines to Ngamahanga; thence to Pukepoto; thence to Horauwhakato; thence to Tawawakara; thence to Kutopataha; thence to the river called Waipapa, which it follows for a short distance and then crosses; thence along the survey lines to Rimuwhakataratara; and thence along the lines to Manginangina, the point of commencement.

Exclusive of a Native Reserve containing 200 acres; also, excepting a small portion of land claimed by the late Mr. J. M. Desmond.

MANUKAU DISTRICT.

RAMAROA, OPOIA, AND WHAREROA BLOCKS,
4,011 ACRES.

BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at the North of the Matakawau River, thence up that river to Waimata, thence along the Survey line of the Pukekowhai and Manukau Blocks to Te Aria, thence in a southerly direction to Hikurangi, Papatairite and Whareroa, thence along the Survey line in an easterly direction to Te Awakauhia, thence down that river to the Manukau Harbour and along the Manukau to the commencing point.

Exclusive of the following Reserves:—
Ramaroa Bush ..................... 50 acres
Do ............................. 50 acres
Otikawa ........................ 20 acres
Mataiporohe ..................... 5 acres

WHANGAREI DISTRICT.

TE TUPUA BLOCK,
100 ACRES.

BOUNDARIES.
Commencing at the junction of the Waitaua and Tupua streams and running from thence in a south-westerly direction to a point on the Waitaua stream where the Kamo boundary strikes it, thence along a line bearing 331° 20' 7100 links to a point on the Kaurihohore Block till it cuts the Tupua stream, thence down the Tupua stream to the point of commencement.

ONERAHI BLOCK,
120 ACRES.
