Now, therefore, pursuant to the authority vested in me in that behalf, I, the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland, do hereby proclaim and declare that all that block of Land known as the whole of the Pakiri Block, North of the Water-shed line of the range of mountains from Paekauri to Tamahunga, and Westward of the Huipapa District, as delineated on Mr. Churton’s plan, now in the Land Office. Estimated to contain 20,000 acres, Shall be reserved and set apart for certain Immigrants expected to arrive from the United Kingdom in connexion with the Church of England Emigration Society.

Given under my hand, at Auckland, this fifth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Creditors of the above-named Debtors are, on or before the Twenty-fourth day of August, inst., to come in and prove their debts at the Court House, Queen-street, Auckland, and notice is further given that a Sitting of the Court will be held at the Court house aforesaid, on Tuesday, the Twenty-fifth day of August, instant, at eleven o’clock in the forenoon, for the hearing of the Petitions of the above-named Debtors, and for the dispatch of all business accruing under the provisions of the said Act.
