The following regulation apportioning the number of great cattle or horses which may be depastured for the current year by each person holding a license, has been made by the Wardens of the Hundred of Onehunga.
DANIEL POLLEN,
Commissioner of Crown Lands.
Every land owner having paid the usual license fee shall have permission to depasture upon the Waste Lands of the Hundred of Onehunga twelve head of great cattle over one year old, and no more.
Two horses over one year old to be considered equal to three head of horned cattle.

A PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Deputy Waste Lands Commissioner for the Province of Auckland.
WHEREAS the several persons hereunder mentioned (being Lessees of the lands set opposite to their respective names, such lands being selected by them as Credit Land under the “Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858”) have failed to pay the yearly rent reserved in regard of such Lands respectively, notice is hereby given that the right and interest of the said Lessees in such Lands have become forfeited.
Given under my hand, at Auckland,
this 21st day of March, 1863.
