PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province
of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for Sale at the Waste Lands’ Office, at Auckland, on the 17th day of March, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two, as General Country Land.

Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this seventh day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.

I HEREBY notify for general information that, by virtue of the authority vested in the Superintendent by the “Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858,” I have appointed the undermentioned gentleman to be an Emigration Agent at Birmingham, for the Province of Auckland,
