PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Speaker of the Provincial Council.

Under and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those Pieces or Parcels of Land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for Sale, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on the 7th day of January, 1863, as General Country Land.

Given under my hand at Auckland, in the said Province, this 5th day of December, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.
