PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.
By DANIEL POLLEN, Esquire, Deputy of the Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.
UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written will be offered for sale on Tuesday, the 21st day of October, 1862, as Special Settlement Land, at the Public Store, Oruawharo Block.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this nineteenth day of September, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-two.
