IN pursuance of the power and authority vested in the Superintendent by “The Deeds Registration Act, 1856,” I hereby appoint
Mr. JOSIAH BUTTRESS
to be Deputy Registrar of Deeds during the temporary absence of the Registrar.

HEREBY notify for general information that by virtue of the authority vested in the Superintendent by the “Auckland Waste Land Act, 1858,” I have appointed the undermentioned gentleman to be Emigration Agent for the Province of Auckland, in the locality named :

I HEREBY notify, for the information of all persons concerned, that in conformity with the provisions of the Crown Lands Ordinances, (No. 1, Sess. 10, and No. 10, Sess. 11) I have convened meetings of the holders of Depasturing Licences in the several undermentioned Hundreds, and that the persons whose names are subjoined have been duly elected by such holders to be Wardens under the said Ordinances for the current year :
For the Hundred of Auckland.
Joseph May, John Caldicott, Joseph Bycroft.
For the Hundred of Onehunga
Thomas Armstrong, Henry Lavery, James Gallagher.
For the Hundred of Panmure.
John Maud, Patrick Quinlin, Jesse Sage.
For the Hundred of Howick
