PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire,
Superintendent of the Province
of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers
vested in the Superintendent in that
behalf, I hereby notify for public information,
that all those pieces or parcels of land enume-
rated in the Schedule hereunder written, will
be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the
Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on the Eleventh
day of November, 1861, as suburban Land,
at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon.

Given under my hand, at Auckland,
in the said Province, this twenty-
ninth day of August, one thou-
sand eight hundred and sixty-
one.

that, by virtue of the authority vested in
the Superintendent by the "Auckland Waste
Land Act, 1858," I have appointed the
undermentioned gentleman to be an Emigra-
tion Agent for the Province of Auckland:—
