I HEREBY NOTIFY for general information that, by virtue of the authority vested in the Superintendent by the “Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1858,” I have appointed the undermentioned gentleman to be an Emigration Agent for the Province of Auckland—

I HEREBY notify for public information, that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for sale by Public Auction, at the Waste Lands Office, at Auckland, on Thursday, the nineteenth day of September, 1861, at Suburban Land, at the hour of eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this nineteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-one.
