PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOHN WILLIAMSON, Esquire, Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent in that behalf, by the “Auckland Reserves Act, 1858,” I hereby notify for public information that all those pieces or parcels of land enumerated in the Schedule hereunder written, will be offered for LEASE by Messrs. CONNELL & RIDINGS, at the Auction Mart, Queen-street, by Public Auction, on MONDAY, the 12th day of AUGUST, 1861, under the said “Auckland Reserves Act, 1858.”

Given under my hand, at Auckland, in the said Province, this fifteenth day of April, One thousand eight hundred and sixty-one.
