- 1 Yellow and White Heifer, two years old, no visible brand.
- 1 D.K. Brown and White Poley Heifer, two years old, no visible brand.
Damages 2s. 6d. each. Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Cattle agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."

THE following Resolution adopted by the Provincial Council is published for general information.

"That an address be presented to His Honor the Superintendent, requesting him to publish in the Provincial Government Gazette a Notice requesting all persons who have emigrated from England or elsewhere to this Province, under the belief that they would be entitled to land in lieu of passage money, and now claiming under the 'Immigration Certificate Act, 1858,' to forward to the Superintendent their application at the earliest opportunity, for the purpose of investigation."
IMPOUNDED at the Public Pound, Newmarket, by Mr. P. Donovan, for trespass and damages on his enclosed grass paddock at Green Meadows—
- 1 Dark Bay Mare, black points, branded S on the off shoulder, (a leather headstall on);
- 1 Black Filly Foal, no brand.
- 1 Brown Mare, black points, no brand.
- 1 Bay Filly Foal, no brand.
- 1 Bay Mare, black points, no brand.
Damages, 5s. each.—Owner unknown.
If not claimed within eleven days after the date of this notice, application will be made to a Justice of the Peace for an order for the sale of the above mentioned Mares and Foals, agreeably to the provisions of the "Impounding Act, 1856."
